Announcements to the population issued by Rumkowski in the Lodz Ghetto: Announcement dated 12 December 1941 urging the ghetto residents to hand in any radios, record players and optical instruments in their possession These appliances may be sold at the ghetto bank until 28 December 1941; after that date, those items not sold will be confiscated and their owners punished.
