Scope and Content
The Decree of 21 November 1941 extended the Law of 22 July 1941 to Algeria and applied to companies, property and assets belonging to Jews. The Governor-General could appoint a temporary administrator to any industrial, commercial, real estate or craft enterprise, and any building legally owned or leased, as well as any tangible personal assets, real estate and movable property whatsoever.

Le décret du 21 novembre 1941 étend à l’Algérie la loi du 22 juillet 1941 relative aux entreprises, biens et valeurs appartenant aux Juifs. Le Gouverneur général peut nommer un administrateur provisoire à toute entreprise industrielle, commerciale, immobilière ou artisanale, tout immeuble, droit immobilier ou droit au bail quelconque ou tout bien meuble, valeur immobilière ou droit mobilier quelconque.
