Centre de Documentation et de Recherche sur la Résistance

  • Documentation and Research Centre on the Resistance

History

The Centre for Documentation and Research on Resistance (CDRR), founded in 2002, identifies, collects, stores and maintains data on the resistance. It initiates and supports historical research related to the theme. Similarly, the CDRR supports and facilitates the preservation of collective memory. The CDRR works under the supervision of the Department of State. It makes an appeal for donations of documents, books and objects that link with the Second World War.

Archival and Other Holdings

The CDRR has carried out research on Holocaust era assets at the "Archives Nationales". Of great interest are the databases compiled by CDRR on the Jewish community and their assets.

Opening Times

Monday to Friday from 8am to 12am and from 13pm to 17pm.
